BER Assessment
A BER assessment is designed to work with homeowners, landlords, and property developers to comply with energy performance regulations. Every dwelling in Ireland for sale, rent, or completion of a new build must have a valid BER certificate. Airtightness Test
Airtightness Testing (or Blower Door Testing) is a mandatory requirement in Ireland for new-build and converted properties to comply with Building Regulations Part L, aiming to reduce energy wastage and CO2 emissions by measuring, and limiting, air leakage.
